It was in the heart of Capadoccia, near by cafe’s and restaurants. Walking around on high and steep streets of hills of this city is not easy anyways, but we found many amenities just within ten to fifteen mins walk. This was an ideal location for us. Otherwise you can ask the management to arrange for a tour for you with their reliable transportation tours.

Lovely rooftop with a great view over the town and of the hot air balloons in the morning. Yummy breakfast, comfortable beds. The staff were really kind; they picked us up from the bus station even though it was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel (uphill though) and helped us arrange all our tours and activities.

Göreme is 100% touristic. Every hotel is named blah blah cave hotel, blah blah stone hotel, blah blah cave stone hotel, etc. Most of these places are manufactured and fake. However, The Arch Palace is completely different. The staff and owner of this hotel are fantastic people. Durmuş (manager), Rukiye, Semra are just fantastic people. They truly go out of their way to make you happy. Also, whatever event they booked for us, they were able to get it at a much cheaper price. Durmuş knows everybody and he is able to provide you get you the best price with the most honest company. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are 100% accurate. No photoshop fake pictures. The rooms are exactly as shown. The hotel also uses Ubiquity Unifi wifi mesh, so you have uninterrupted wifi coverage through the hotel. I just cannot say more how much i loved this place. Really A+++++++ service.

Very friendly staff. Mr Durmus was very welcoming and responsive even before we arrived and he perfectly arranged some activities for us. He drove us with his private car to the Turkish night venue. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Goreme where we could easily walk around and reach many shops and resraurant. The breakfast in the roof was a very nice view.

The location was so perfect, accessible to all RESTAURANT, GROCERIES store etc. You can walk around. There ROOF TOP was so great you can see the beauty of goreme. There TOURS OFFERED was excellent too ON TIME with COMFORTABLE TRANSPO and KNOWLEGABLE tour guide WORTH IT THE MONEY YOU WILL PAY for. The 2 guys there in the reception the MANAGERS they are accommodating and helpful. We had fun with perfect experience. If given a chance to go back in kapadokya I WILL BOOK the same HOTEL.. The manager/receptionist was lovely, very helpful with absolutely everything. He helped us arranging the tours, let us stay longer after the checkout and always seemed very keen on helping us with whatever we needed. The bedrooms are decorated in a traditional-rustic style which makes the experience authentic and local. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants. Last but not least, the breakfast is generous and the views from the terrace astonishing!

Easily reach from bus station, with only a small slope. We arrived very early in the morning, they r really 24hr reception. We waited at reception until our tour time. They have a beautiful view at rooftop. Very affordable price booked at low season mid February. They have the cave hotel feel. Blankets are warm enough till heater not require to switch on. They serve very good breakfast.

Staff were great. Arrived 8am and they let us leave our bags while we explored and let us check in early, same when leaving. They booked a balloon ride for us and got a good price. Very helpful. Very nice breakfast with different dishes every day. Always tea and coffee available
